Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    8 oz. American sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain.
    In saucepan, melt butter, then blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk. Cook and stir until thick. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
    Stir in macaroni.
    Turn into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
