Preserved Plums Or Plum Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qt. not fully ripe plums
1 lb. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
-
Boil plums 15 minutes. Drain off juice. Add all other ingredients and boil 30 minutes.
Pour into Mason jars while still very hot so jars will seal.
