Tamale Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can hot tamales
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, halved
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Drain tamales, reserving sauce.
    Slice tamales crosswise; set aside.
    In mixing bowl combine tamale sauce, flour, chili powder and garlic salt.
    Add corn, eggs, olives and tamales.
    Turn into a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Cut into squares.
    Serves 4.
