Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine (room temperature)
1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
2 1/3 c. flour
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

In a small bowl, cream together the margarine and 1/2 cup confectioners sugar.
Add 2 cups of flour; stir well with wooden spoon.
Pat into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
