Chicken Corn Mini Pies - cooking recipe

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 (7 oz.) can Green Giant Mexicorn
2 oz. (1/2 c.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease muffin tin.
Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise; stir in other ingredients.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
Separate each biscuit into 2 parts.
Place bottom part in muffin tins.
Press to cover bottom and sides.
Pour mixture into cup.
Top with remaining biscuit, stretching to fit.
Press sides to seal.
Sprinkle with sesame seed, if desired.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
