Pineapple Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 c. finely chopped pecans
assorted crackers
Preparation

Cook pineapple and sugar until thickened.
Cool to room temperature; do not chill.
Mix with cream cheese and pecans while still slightly warm.
Serve with assorted crackers.
