Scalloped Potatoes And Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. minced onions
2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
Preparation

Mix in 2-quart dish, then pour mixture of soup and milk over potatoes.
Cover with lid or tin foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
