Butter Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1/2 c. butter
    dash of garlic salt
    2 1/2 c. boiling water with 3 chicken bouillon
    parsley
Preparation
    Mix salt and 2 cups water, bring to a boil and pour over rice. Let stand 30 minutes.
    Rinse with cold water and drain well.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add rice and cook over medium heat, stirring 5 minutes.
    Put in 1-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt. Pour broth over rice.
    Cover, bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake 10 minutes more after adding parsley.
