Shrimp Or Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    3 onions, chopped
    3 bell peppers, chopped
    4 lb. shrimp or crawfish, cleaned
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Ro-Tel stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute on medium heat butter, onions and bell peppers about 1/2 hour.
    Add Ro-Tel and cook for another 15 minutes.
    Add soups and heat until slow boil.
    Add shrimp or crawfish and continue to cook for another 30 minutes.
    If this mixture is too thin, add a small amount of cornstarch and water.
    Add salt, black pepper, Season-All, garlic powder, parsley and Tabasco to taste.
    Serve over rice.
