Pork Chop And Potato Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced potatoes (2 lb.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
4 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
Preparation

Put potatoes into greased 2-quart baking dish.
Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper over potatoes.
Season and trim fat from pork chops.
Cook fat until crisp.
Remove from skillet. Brown pork chops slowly on both sides in fat in skillet, then put on top of potatoes in baking dish.
Cover and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Makes 4 servings.
