Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix the margarine, sugar and milk together; boil 1 minute. Take off heat and stir in chocolate chips.
    Stir until smooth and pour over cake.
