Chicken Breasts In Raspberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 skinned and boned chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. raspberry-cranberry juice
    1/2 c. frozen, unsweetened raspberries, mashed
    2 Tbsp. dry red wine
    2 Tbsp. pan drippings from the chicken
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in a heavy 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat; quickly roll the chicken in the margarine.
    Lay the buttered paper over them; cover casserole and place in 400\u00b0 oven.
    After 6 minutes, press top of chicken with finger; if still soft, return to oven for a moment or two.
    When the meat is springy to the touch, it is done.
    Remove chicken to a warm platter and cover while making sauce.
