Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 to 1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients and cut in butter.
    Stir in 3/4 cup buttermilk; make soft dough.
    Knead dough 10 times on floured surface.
    Roll 1/2 inch thick and cut dough with biscuit cutter. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
