Ms. Jessie'S Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick melted butter
    granulated brown sugar
    12 slices pineapple
    12 cherries
    1 box pineapple cake mix
    4 eggs
    1 box instant pudding (vanilla or lemon)
    10 oz. pineapple juice (from canned pineapple)
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13 pan. Then sift granulated brown sugar over the melted butter until covered well. Place pineapple in pan on top of sugar and butter. Take cherries and place 1 in the center of each slice of pineapple. Then mix cake mix, eggs, pudding and pineapple juice in a bowl and pour batter over pineapple. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
