Pie Cuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. milk, scalded and cooled to lukewarm
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    3 beaten eggs
    2 regular size pie filling (for 8-inch pie)
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar and yeast in lukewarm milk; set aside.
    Add flour and butter; cut in just like for pie crust.
    Add milk and yeast to egg yolks; mix well.
    Divide dough into 2 parts.
    Roll one part to fit into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread filling over dough and cover with remaining dough.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Frost with powdered sugar glaze.
