Bourbon Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. unsalted butter
    2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    about 3 Tbsp. bourbon
    granulated sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan over low heat, stirring.
    Cool.
    Beat in vanilla and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Mix flour and salt, and stir into chocolate mixture.
    Spread in greased 8-inch square pan.
    Bake about 25 minutes; cool.
    When thoroughly cooled, crumble brownies into bowl.
    Sprinkle with bourbon; mix with fingers.
    Shape in 1-inch balls or logs about 1-inch long.
    Roll in sugar.
    Store in airtight container for a day before serving or giving as gifts.
