Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. catsup
    3 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain.
    Add water, vinegar, catsup and chili powder.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    (If you want it seasoned to be hotter, add more chili powder.)
