Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fish fillets (flounder or red snapper; fresh or frozen)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. yellow mustard
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    paprika
Preparation
    Thaw fish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place fish in greased 1-quart casserole.
    Pour milk over fillets.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
    Remove from oven; drain off and reserve milk.
    Melt butter in skillet; stir and blend in flour.
    Gradually add reserved milk; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture has thickened.
    Add mustard, seasoned salt, lemon juice and mix well. Pour sauce over fillets in baking dish; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Dust lightly with paprika before serving.
    Serves 4.
