De-De'S Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. fresh spinach
    1/2 medium cucumber, thin sliced
    1/2 c. radishes, sliced
    1/4 c. green onions, sliced
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    3/4 c. Ranch dressing
    5 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
    1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
Preparation
    Remove and discard spinach stems.
    Rinse leaves. Drain and pat dry.
    Tear into bite size pieces and arrange in a salad bowl. Evenly layer cucumber slices, radishes, green onions and eggs on top of spinach. Spread dressing over top.
    Do not mix. Cover and chill up to 24 hours.
    Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon and peanuts.
    Makes approximately 6 servings.
