Crustless Potato Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs, beaten
3 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed (from 26 oz. pkg.)
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. seasoned pepper
dash of hot pepper sauce
dash of paprika
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
In large bowl, combine ingredients except paprika and bacon; mix well.
Pour mixture into greased pan.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
Sprinkle with bacon; bake an additional 5 minutes.
Let stand before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
