24-Hour Wine Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread (large)
    6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
    9 slices salami, coarsely chopped
    16 eggs
    3 1/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    4 green onions, minced
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Butter 2 shallow 9 x 13-inch baking dishes.
    Spread bread over the bottom and drizzle with butter.
    Sprinkle with Swiss and Jack cheeses and salami.
    Beat together eggs and next 6 ingredients. Pour over cheese.
    Cover dishes with foil, crimping edges. Refrigerate overnight.
