Skillet Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. uncooked regular long grain rice
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 can chicken broth
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    2 to 3 c. frozen vegetables combination
Preparation
    In skillet over medium heat in 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook rice and onions with basil until rice is slightly brown; stir constantly.
    Stir in broth.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add chicken. Reduce heat to medium.
    Cover; cook 5 minutes.
    Add vegetables. Cover; cook 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is tender, stirring rice mixture occasionally.
    Garnish chicken with lemon slice and sprinkle with paprika.
