French Canadian Pork Pie(A Koljonen Christmas Breakfast Tradition) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. shortening
    2 to 3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together flour and shortening to the consistency of fine corn meal.
    Add water.
    Knead well to make a smooth and firm dough.
    Cover and set aside.
    Refrigerate if dough is not used within a couple hours.
