Shrimp Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2- 4 oz. cans shrimp
    8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    6-8 scallions, finely chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    dash of garlic salt
Preparation
    Drain and rinse shrimp.
    Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
    Shape into two loaves.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Serve with favorite crackers.
