Butterscotch Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can (15 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 c. flour
    1 c. butterscotch morsels
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and 2 tablespoons shortening in microwave. Remove from heat.
    Add milk, flour, and vanilla.
    Blend well. Spread in 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan which has been greased and lined with waxed paper and greased again.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 8 minutes. Immediately turn chocolate out onto a towel sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
    Spread with filling.
    Sprinkle with nuts. Roll up, starting at 15 inch side.
    Wrap and chill for 6 hours. Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
