Sparkling Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
    2 tbsp. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In small bowl combine cranberries and 2 tbsp. sugar.
    In large bowl stir together flour, 1/3 c.
    sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Stir in juice and egg until just moist.
    Gently stir in cranberry mixture.
    Spoon batter into greased muffin tins.
    Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden.
    Cool 5 minutes, remove from tins.
