Spanish Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked Minute rice
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 lb. bacon
1 large can tomato soup
few grains of oregano and chili powder to taste
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Fry bacon (save drippings).
Lay bacon on paper towels and drain while sauteing onion and green pepper in bacon drippings.
Crumble bacon into small pieces.
Combine all ingredients and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
