Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded chicken breast, cooked
    2 c. mayonnaise (suit your taste)
    1 c. celery
    1 c. sliced ??? (optional)
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients well and top with cubed Velveeta cheese. Bake or microwave for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Then add crushed potato chips to top and serve.
