Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chopped broccoli
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped cheese, American or Cheddar
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stack crushed Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring broccoli to a boil with 2 cups water.
    Boil broccoli two minutes.
    Drain broccoli.
    Mix all other ingredients together with 1/2 stick of crackers.
    Melt butter in casserole dish; add 1/2 butter to mixture.\tAdd 1/2 of crushed Ritz to bottom and add other 1/2 crumbs to the top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crackers are golden brown.
