Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 c. flour
1 egg
onion and green pepper to taste

Preparation

Brown patties; put in baking dish and pour Heinz brown gravy mix over.
Bake about 30 minutes.
