Japanese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken drumettes
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sake wine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chicken.
    Place drumettes in single layer in baking dish.
    Pour marinade over and coat drumettes well. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake chicken in marinade, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Only 60 calories each.
