Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Generously grease (not oil) popover pans or deep custard cups.
    In small bowl beat eggs slightly.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat just until blended.
    (Do not overbeat.)
    Fill prepared cups half full (about 1/3 cup) or batter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.
    Serve immediately.
    If desired, serve from baking cups.
    Makes 6 or 7 large popovers.
