Hot Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, minced
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
rye chips, crackers or fresh vegetables
Preparation

In an ungreased shallow baking dish or pie plate, combine the first 5 ingredients. Top with pepperoni and olives. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with rye chips, crackers or vegetables. Yield: 24 servings.
