Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. corn meal
6 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. milk
2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream-style corn
1 small can chilies, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
Preparation

Combine ingredients in order.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or large iron skillet.
