Spiced Peach Souffle Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar spiced peaches
1 c. spiced peaches syrup
1 pkg. orange gelatin
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Drain peaches, chop and set aside.
Heat peach liquid to boiling.
Dissolve gelatin in this liquid.
Chill until consistency of egg white.
Chill milk until it begins to freeze. When gelatin thickens, stir in peaches, celery, pecans and mayonnaise.
Whip milk and lemon juice and add to mixture.
