Brunswick Stew By Gary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium (approximately 5 to 6 lb.) fresh picnic/roast (beef or pork)
    6 pieces chicken parts (use parts you want except wings)
    3 large onions, chopped fine
    2 potatoes, diced small
    2 (15 oz. size) cans tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    2 (15 oz. size) cans whole corn, drained
    chicken stock from the chicken parts
    2 c. milk
    5 dashes chili powder
    15 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    15 dashes Tabasco sauce (omit if you can't handle the heat)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    This is an old family recipe and will take a lot of your time, however, it will be worth your efforts.
    So relax and put on your favorite blues c.d. and get going!
