Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped bananas
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation
    Do not use mixer!
    Combine dry ingredients and sift together into large mixing bowl.
    Add oil and eggs.
    Stir until well mixed, but do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas.
    Pour into 3 well-greased and floured round cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or in one Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
