Fried Flounder Fillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. flounder fillet
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter or oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Roll flounder in flour.
    Put butter or oil in skillet.
    Add floured fillets.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook over low flame 10 minutes on each side.
    Remove from pan; sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Serves 4.
