Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/3 cup long grain rice, uncooked
    1 cup orange juice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in a large skillet in olive oil.
    Place rice in ungreased shallow 3 quart baking dish.
    Pour orange juice over rice.
    Top with pork chops.
    Pour soup over all.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes until pork chops are done and rice is tender.
