1 (5 oz.) pkg. manicotti (about 12)
2/3 c. sliced zucchini
2/3 c. sliced yellow squash
2/3 c. sliced mushrooms
1 (28 oz.) jar low-sodium spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
