Grilled Salmon Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. salmon steaks or fillets
    1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
    1 tsp. hot pepper oil
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
    1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
    2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    vegetable oil spray
Preparation
    Rinse fish and pat dry.
    Arrange fish in rectangular non-aluminum baking dish.
    Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
    Stir and pour over steaks, turning to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
