Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. hard-boiled eggs
2 cans beets
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 medium onion
dash of salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place peeled eggs in gallon-container with tight lid.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over eggs.
Refrigerate at least 2 days before serving.
