Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (including juice)
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
