Huancaina Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    12 oz. part skim milk, or Mexican cacique
    8 oz. ground saltine crackers
    2 yellow bell peppers with seeds removed
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a blender, add one cup of milk and one teaspoon of vegetable oil.
    Add cheese, crackers and yellow pepper.
    Blend and season to taste.
    Huancaine sauce is most the popular entree in Peru, when served with boiled potatoes and decorate with lettuce, boiled eggs and olives.
