Cookie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Keebler Stripe-It-Rich shortbread cookies
1 can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. buttermilk or 1/2 c. milk with 1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 small carton whipped topping

Preparation

Mix broken up cookies and next three ingredients in medium dish.
Add whipped topping.
Refrigerate.
