Tofu Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 can water
    1 jar Ragu
    2 lb. tofu
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 can spinach, drained (or 1 can asparagus is great)
    1 can sliced olives, drained
    tofu cheese or Mozzarella
Preparation
    Mix water, tomato sauce and Ragu in bowl.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put a thin layer of sauce in pan.
    Make a layer of uncooked lasagne noodles.
    Blend together well the tofu, chopped onion and seasonings.
    Make a layer of tofu mixture over noodles.
    Layer spinach and olives or asparagus.
    Repeat:
    sauce, noodles, tofu and spinach or asparagus.
    Cover with grated cheese of choice. Store in fridge overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
