Shrimp De Jonghe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 cloves garlic
    1/3 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Place cooked shrimp in shallow baking dish.
    Microwave garlic and butter in a small, glass bowl on High power for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Remove garlic.
    Add crackers, wine and parsley to butter and pour over top of shrimp.
    Microwave for 8 to 10 minutes at 70% power.
    Garnish with additional parsley and lemon slices.
