California Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 precooked ham
    water
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Put ham into a large pan filled with water, to which you add vinegar and brown sugar.
    Boil 2 hours or until thermometer reaches 130\u00b0 to 140\u00b0.
    Let stand overnight in brine.
    Remove and slice to serve.
