Puffed German Apple Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    pure maple syrup, warmed
Preparation
    Toss apple slices with 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
    Mix together eggs, milk, flour and salt.
    In separate dish, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.
