Rhubarb Surprise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sour cream (8 oz. container)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. fresh rhubarb, cut into slices
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except rhubarb, into bowl and beat well. Fold in rhubarb and pour into well-greased 12 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Over the top of batter, sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped nuts and 1/2 cup brown sugar to cover.
